The 1-1/8-Inch x 36-Inch Fluted Silver Stair Edging covers and protects the edge of a stair step. Stair Edging prevents wear and tear on carpeted or  hard surface stair steps and prevents a stair's vinyl surface from curling. Stair Edgings are easily secured to wood  and concrete floors with provided Screw Nails (sold separately on 96-Inch and 144-Inch lengths). For installation on concrete floors use  Wooden  Pegs (sold separately).

Simple, yet elegant, our deluxe ball tip stair rods are a wonderful addition to any traditional staircase. The 1/2" diameter hollow tubing and plain brackets are made entirely of brass, with your choice of 6 classic finishes! The rods come in 4 standard lengths (28.5", 36", 48 & 72"), and are easily trimmed to fit your specific needs. To get the total length with the finials add 1 1/2" to the rod length. The rod has a clearance of .5" from the mounting surface. Each set consists of one hollow brass rod, two brackets with finials and all mounting screws.

This stair accessory is for decorative purposes only.It is not designed to serve as the sole means of holding a carpet runner in place. All runners should be tacked down securely prior to installing the stair rods.
